Bill has over 40 years of leadership experience, including executive positions at American Airlines, Bank of America and the U.S. Army.

He is often called "The Wizard of Process" by peers and executives or "The Oracle of the Obvious" by his family.

He is the creator of the Organization Performance Management Trilogy - People, Process and Leadership which is all about achieving optimum organization performance by utilizing and balancing the Trilogies components.

His leadership interests include rapid organization optimization with people as the key asset while also creating value via a focus on strategic results.

He created a concept utilizing manufacturing, industrial engineering and emergency medical concepts to optimize the effectiveness of organizations.

Bill is a Faculty member and co-founder of the University of Miami Executive Information & Technology Institute and a Faculty member of the Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine, Department of Emergency Medicine.

Raised in Seattle, he lives with his wife on a farm in southeast Ohio in the foothills of the West Virginia Appalachian Mountains.

He is a Firefighter/Medic with the Gallia County District 2 Volunteer Fire Department.
